I began making this design in 2008.
This series is entitled The Slice Bowl. This is a design that has grown out of The Whole Bowl Series. These bowls are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Each bowl is unique with two cuts sliced across the top of the bowl on an angle to create peaks that accentuate the contrast of the interior and exterior colour. The sliced lip of the bowl offers a sharp contrast to the soft curve of the bowl.
